Steps

  1. 1

Peel your Potatoes clean, wash and keep them in a strain to drain all the water from them. Sprinkle well some salt and some masala on them. Do the masala lot separately if you have kids in the house or those who don't enjoy spicy foods.

  2. 2

Heat your Deep Frying pan, then add in enough cooking oil and let the oil heat up well. The oil makes some hissing noise when not ready, if the noise subsidies, then you are ready to go. Carefully start dipping in enough potatoes in the hot oil, but do not congest the pan so that the potatoes cook fast and they won't get soggy. I started with the masala less potatoes and finished with the masala ones.

I love healthy, clean, good, well cooked and of course.... tasty food! So for that reason, I must find my way to the kitchen. I love it most when someone enjoys the food I made, this gives me the pleasure to try out some new recipe the next time I find myself in the kitchen.
