Steps

Wash the bhindi and wipe them with kitchen towel.Cut them into 1/2 inch pieces.Cut onions in 2 different sizes.One in big cube size and other finely chopped.

In a kadhai pour oil and after oil becomes hot saute the bhindi till it becomes soft.Then remove it on kitchen paper.

Saute onion and keep aside.In a mixer jar add 2 tomatoes,ginger and garlic and grind it to a smooth paste.

In Kadhai add little oil.Add jeera,green chilli and finely chopped onions.Saute it till it changes colour.Add finely chopped tomatoes to it.Now add grinded tomato paste to it.

Add dhaniya powder,jeera powder,red chilli powder,turmeric and salt.Stir it and cook for 2 minutes.Now add bhindi and after 2 minutes add onions and cook it on medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes.

Now add chat masala and mix it. Transfer it to another vessel and garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.

Serve with chapati.Enjoy delicious Bhindi Do pyaza.
