Place your potjie on an open fire and add 1 teaspoon oil and your mutton. Have your spices and veggies ready

Once the meat is halfway cooked add in your spices (chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger and garlic, salt) and your mix veggies (carrots, onion, tomatoes, potatoes, madumbi). Add 1 cup water. Once cooked remove from heat and allow to cool down.

Dish for mum, serve with bread or rice and enjoy.
