Boil milk and add lemon juice and take it in a dish, mash it and make it smooth.

Let it curdle and strain it & let it cool for 5 minutes.

Now make small balls and kept aside.

Take a deep pan add water and sugar and boil it.

Put balls and cover & cook for 15 mins.

When start floating take out and chill it.

Serve chilled.
