In a large bowl wash your cat fish with lemon/vinegar and cuts them to pieces.

ON the heat,put the pot add some little vegetable oil,onion,garlic,chops pepper and keep frying it.

Add seasonings,curry,thyme,All spices,ginger and some warm water/cold cover it up for some minutes to boil.

Wen it’s boil add your pieces cat fish and stir,cover it up and reduce the heat to cook well for like 1hour add your chops carrot and greens beans and off the heat.serve your self with any kind of foods,rice...but I eat my own with yamballs💘
