Ingredients

  • 10large potatoes
  • 3Tbspoon of paprika,1 Tbspn of chilly powder, 1Tbs mixed herbs
  • 1 Tbspnpepper powder,one Tbspn of salt, 3 Tblspoon of oil,
  • Fresh coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the potatoes,properly,cut them into thick long slices,Boil them in the saucepan,add little salt, n oil,Boil them for 10mins.Then Drain them.

    Then add all the dry ingredients n put some oil for making the the wedges crispy.put them in the Oven,for 25 mins.

    Finally remove from the oven, serve them with some pastas,garlic bread,omellet or as a bitting.
