  • 1Iberian pork tenderloin
  • 1onion
  • Goat cheese log
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • Baguette

Steps

  1. 1

    In a skillet, add a splash of olive oil and caramelize the onion over medium-low heat. Take your time with this step.

  2. 2

    Once the onion is caramelized, fry the pork tenderloin medallions and season them with salt.

  3. 3

    Slice the goat cheese log and assemble everything on the baguette. Bake for a few minutes with heat from both the top and bottom until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasted. Enjoy!
