Soak mash daal for about 4 to 5 hours.

Drain excess water and blend in smooth refined paste add salt, soda, red chili flakes, cumin roasted and crushed. Mix well.

Now fry baday in deep fry oil, when fry soak in water for 15 mins.

Remove baday and squeeze extra water.

Mix yougurt and sugar.

Place your baday in bowl add sweet yougurt and sprinkle Chaat Masala.
