Wash lentils and soak overnight, drain water and grind.
Add salt and baking soda, mix well and leave aside. - 2
Heat oil in a wok, take spoonfuls of mixture and fry dumplings till golden.
Soak the fried dumplings in warm water for 10 minutes. - 3
Now lightly press the dumplings between your palms to squeeze out water and arrange them neatly in a serving dish.

Add salt, red chillies, ginger, cumin and fresh coriander in yogurt, mix well and pour on baray.

Garnish delicious dahi baray with bhagar(oil, zeera,greenchiliies,Kari pata) and fresh coriander and serve. ❣
