Cut your tofu to desired shape

Fry it using vegetable oil

Add onions, scotch bonnet, ginger and garlic paste in a pot and stir fry them

Add your seosings, then add the fried tofu and stir

Allow it to heat at a low flame for 5mins

Server hot with a chilled drink
