Cucumber Salad with Cheese

Ingredients

  1. 1cucumber
  2. 1/2green bell pepper
  3. 2 sprigscilantro
  4. feta or panela cheese
  5. Olive oil
  6. 1lime
  7. vinegar
  8. salt and pepper
  9. garlic powder

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the cucumber, cut it in half, remove the seeds, and chop it into small cubes.

    Cut the green bell pepper into very small cubes, removing the veins and seeds.

  3. 3

    Add some cubes of panela cheese and chopped cilantro.

  4. 4

    Prepare a vinaigrette with the juice of one lime, one tablespoon of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, half a teaspoon of powdered bouillon or salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix it well and add it to the cucumbers.

    Keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
