Cook the tapioca pearls according to the package instructions and set aside.

In a pot, bring the milk and water to a boil. Reduce to low heat, add the tea bags, and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter. Stir until well combined, then remove the tea bags.

Place the cooked tapioca pearls in a cup and pour in the milk tea. Serve immediately.

Tip: For a richer peanut butter flavor, spread some peanut butter around the rim of the cup before serving.
