Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped onion and cabbage.

Add salt in the mixture and your momo filling is ready.

For extra taste you can add red chilli powder and turmeric powder.

Now make small circles out of maida dough.

Add the momo filling in maida circles and fold it well to get right momo shape.

Put these momos in momo cooker.

After getting steamed serve with mayonnaise and red chutney.
