Steps

Assembly all the ingredients, and preheat the mini oven for 5 min. Peel the cooked potato and place in a medium bowl. Use a potato masher to mesh it well.

Grate the cheese and add it, green pepper, spring onions and eggs, over the mashed potato. Stir to combine

In a small pan warm the milk and pour over the potato mixture
- 4
Add all the seasoning and spices stir to combine, fry the sausage and cut it into pieces
- 5
Fill the prepared tin with potato mixture and put sausage on top, place in the mini oven and bake for 15 to 17 minutes untill puffed and golden.
