  • 4Chicken Breasts
  • 2Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tspGinger
  • 2 tbspMedium Curry Powder (or as hot as you would like)
  • 2large Onions
  • 500 gPassata
  • 300 mlchicken Stock

Steps

  1. 1

    Spray a large pan or wok with frylight and fry the onions for 2 minutes then add the chicken and fry until browned.

    Add the rest of the ingredients and leave to simmer for about 20 minutes.
