Boil the soyabean in boiling water.

Do not overboil...drain it...let it cool and remove the excess water by squeezing it.

Coat the soyabean with cornflour lightly just for light binding.

Take oil in a pan...add jeera..now add powdered masalas...let it saute in oil in 2-3 min on low heat.

Now mix soyabean...coat it all spices..adjust seasoning..now add ketchup and chop coriander and cook for 2 minutes...in the end add lemon juice and serve.
