  • Tamarind (tsamiya)
  • Sugar
  • Ginger
  • Flavor (if one desires)

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and boil tamarind

  2. 2

    Blend or grate ginger

  3. 3

    Sieve tamarind and ginger. Add the two mixtures together

  4. 4

    Add sugar and flavor to desired taste

  5. 5

    Refrigerate!
