Steps

Clean the gizzards under running water.

Trim the excess fats and cut the gizzards in half. After this i pre-boiled for 20mins.

Cut the onions,tomatoes and bellpeppers in dices.Separately

Slice the cloves of garlic and set aside

Place the skillet on high heat and pour alittle oil.

Once the skillet is hot/smoking.Put in the pieces of gizzards and let them brown,give each side 3minutes to brown

Once browned,add the onions and give it a quick stir.

Add alittle.oil into the skillet and stir and sprinkle the.sliced garlic and stir. Give.it a minute and.stir and the tomatoes and mix it well

Pour tomatoes and stir

Let the juice from the tomatoes infuse with the gizzards.Stir after 2to3 mins.

Finally spread the coloured bellpeppers and toss.Sprinkle alittle salt and a little pepper.After a minute.Serve
