Ingredients

  • 250 gchicken breast cut into cubes
  • 2onions finely chopped
  • 1carrot finely grated
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspcurry powder
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper
  • 1/4 tspdhana jeera
  • 3 tbspoil
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2 tbsptomato paste
  • 1/2 cupcooking cream
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing
  • Bell pepper for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare everything and keep them ready

    In a pot put oil,add onions and carrot and saute for three minutes while stirring then add ginger garlic paste

    After 2 minutes add the spices and salt.stir.then add the chicken breast and keep stirring

    Add one cup of water,stir,cover and let simmer for 10 minutes

    Finally add cooking cream and tomato paste,stir and cover.let it cook for 5 more minutes and its ready.serve with white rice or veggies rice
