Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgNethallu fish
  2. 3 tbspoil
  3. 2 tbspchilli powder
  4. 1 tbspsalt
  5. 1 cuptamarind
  6. 1 pinchTurmeric
  7. 1/2 tbspmustard seeds
  8. 1/2 tbspCumin seeds
  9. 6medium size onions finely chopped

  1. 1

    Take a pan, pour oil add mustard seeds,cumin seeds and chopped onions. Saute them.

    Soak tamarind in water, add the tamarind pulp to the sauted onions.

    Add turmeric.

    Add salt.

    Add chilli powder.

    Give a good boil, rinse the fish well and add them finally.
