Wash zobo and mint leaves put in a pot add crushed fresh ginger, water and bring to boil.
In a blender Peel mango and cut out the flesh add a little water,blend until smooth and keep aside...
Sieve the zobo to remove only the extract allow it to cool and add blended mango. Seive again and add sugar syrup to taste. Refrigerate or add ice cubes... Serve chill
