Take a bowl add urad and chana dal wash and rinse and soak for 2-3 hours

Take a jug add soak dal and salt and grind it

Take a pan add oil when oil is hot add grated dal mixture in round shape when bhalla is ready pour into warm water

Take a imli piece add water and soak for 8-10 hours

Take a serving bowl add curd, raisins,salt,garam masala, red chilli,roasted jeera masala and bhalla and imli water.
