Preheat your oven and line your tin with cupcake liners. I used a charcoal jiko and homemade foil cups. Check my vanilla muffins recipe to see how

Boil the milk with the tea leaves to make a very strong tea. Strain and add the chocolate, stir to melt it then set aside to cool

Sift flour, salt and baking powder. Whisk and set aside

Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs one at a time and mix well. Add milk tea mixture and flour alternating

Pour spoonful into your liners. It gave me 11 cupcakes. Bake until a skewer inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool and enjoy, with tea
