Steps

Take a pan and add water in it.Then add bay leaves and cumin.

Now add black pepper, cloves, and Badiyan ka phool.

Now add oil and salt and wait untill water boils.

Now add rice and cook for 12 mins or untill 80% cooked. Then strain rice and set aside.

Now take a pan and add oil and onions and fry untill golden brown

Now add ginger garlic paste and fry for 1 min then add boiled Mutton and cook untill tender.

Now add tomatoes, crushed red chilli and Biryani Masala 3 tbs (save 1tbs for later).

Now add salt and cook untill oil is released. Save half cup oil for later.

Now add 1 lemon juice then add curd and cook until oil is released.

Now sprinkle green chillies, coriander then add boiled rice.

Now add sliced lemons, green chillies and coriander chopped

Now add sliced tomatoes and renaming oil and sprinkle 1tbs of Biryani masala

Now sprinkle food colour and cook on low flame for 15 mins and serve.
