Steps

Put the minced meat in a pan and add the ginger garlic paste and a pinch of salt. Let it cook till it dries.

Mash the potatoes and add a pinch of salt.

Take some mashed potatoes press flat on your palm and add a tbspn of the cooked minced meat and wrap forming a ball.

Coat the balls with flour and dip in the eggs then deep fry till golden brown.

Serve with chutney.
