Mix the oil, turmeric, black pepper, dried cilantro, vinegar, salt, and a pinch of cinnamon together. Add the beef and coat well. Marinate in the refrigerator for several hours, preferably overnight.

Place the beef in a pan over medium heat and cook until the liquid evaporates. Add 1 cup of water (about 240 ml), reduce the heat, and simmer until the beef is fully cooked.

Sauté the bell peppers and tomato in a pan until softened. Lay out the flatbread, add the cooked beef, sautéed vegetables, and pickled cucumber slices. Roll the bread tightly to seal. Grill the wraps in a skillet or on a grill pan until golden brown.
