Kaju katli recipe(cashew burfi)

Bring a syrup (sugar, water) to boil until it reaches one string consistency.

When the syrup is ready add the cashew powder and milk and mix well.

Stir the mixture until it starts to thicken. if you want to add a pinch of cardamom powder.

Then cashew paste in a large plate and let it get cool slightly.

When it has cooled, knead the mixture well. Flatten the dough (you can use a rolling pin). grease a plate with ghee and transfer cashew dough on it using rolling pin. Allow to cool completely and cut into a diamond shape.
