  • 4boiled mash potato
  • 1fried golden brown sliced onion
  • 1 tbsptikka masala
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1 tspRoasted zeera powder
  • chopped hara masala
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • charcoal
  • For Coating :
  • 1 cupBread crumbs
  • 1 Cupflour
  • pinchsalt
  • 1/2 tspOregano
  • 1/3 tspBlack pepper
  • 1egg

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all spices in mash potato.steam with coal. make oval shape.Add coating spices in flour and Coating the potato with flour by beated egg.

    Then coating with crumbs.keep in fridge for 10 min
