Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwhole sprout (moong+ moth+ lobiya + chana+ masoor)
  2. 2green chillies
  3. 2-3 garlic cloves
  4. 2-3 tbsp besan
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  7. Pinchturmeric
  8. as neededChopped coriander leaves
  9. 1chopped onion
  10. 1/2 chopped tomato
  11. 1/2 cupgrated carrots

Cooking Instructions

    Grind sprouts,green chillies and garlic together in a grinder to fine paste.

    Take the paste out in a bowl, add all the above ingredients mentioned above in it. Mix well. Add water to make a batter of flowy consistency.

    Pour ladle full batter on a greased nonstick skillet, cook from both the sides, cut... Roll and serve 🔥

More of finely chopped veggies can be used in this...
Italian flavours can be added to add a twist...
Soaked mix dal can be used in absence of sprouts..
