Mix all the ingredients in gram flour.Add 2 tbsp of fresh dhania and mix well.Keep aside for 20 mins.

Grease any thali..Mix in eno fruit salt in the batter and mix well.. pour the batter in a flat thali and steam it for 20-25 mins.

Check with toothpick if it’s done.remove from heat..cool down and put bighar.

Heat oil put rai,zeera, curry leaves once start sputtering,pour it in dhokla.

Now cut into pieces.garnish with desiccated coconut,fresh coriander and sesame seed.
