Parboil the rice and keep it aside.

Put on lower flame. Put on your skillet on the fire add in your oil and let it fry for 2 minutes. Add all your powdered ingredients and stir for 30 seconds. Add your seasons and pinch of salt to taste.

Add your rice into the work and stir until all combine. Add in your sweet corn and stir again until all combine. Marie's spiced rice ready to serve.
