4large size potatoes
to tasteSalt
1 cupCorn flour
as needed(Maida) all purpose flour
as neededOil
as needed Water

Steps

Firstly peel and cut potato es as your per shape and wash them in water (add salt in water)

After washing dry them and add courn flour,maida 1tbs and keep in freezer for 1 hour

Then heat oil in a pan and add potatoes in it let it get golden brown

Yummy French fries are ready to serve
