  1. 2large beetroots
  2. 470 mlhot peach chutney

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Bring the beetroots to boil, for roughly 20 minutes, once cooked... allow to cool and peel of skin

  2. 2

    Cut it into small cubes then dress with hot peach chutney

  3. 3

    Ready to serve, refrigerate the remaining amount and serve anyday with any dish
