Ghevda Bhaji
Maharashtrain Style Ghevda Bhaji.
Steps

Chop the ghevda bhaji wash and keep aside.

Heat oil add cumin seeds + curry leaves + garlic + grinded green chilli and saute little.

Then add finally chopped onion and cook till transparent and add ginger garlic paste cook 1 mins.

Add tomato chopped + salt + sugar + Turmeric powder + chilli powder cook for 1 to 2 mins then add ghevda and mix well.

Put 1/2 cup water cover and cook till all the water gets absorb and bhaji is cooked completely (for 15mins).

Your ghevda bhaji is ready to eat.
