Cooking Instructions

Parboil the rice and wash.season and boil the goat meat

Cut red pepper,green pepper,onion,cabbage,rinse green peas and drain the liquid out.heat up vegetable oil and stir fry all these mentioned here.

Boil the rice with goat meat stock,curry,stock,thyme,cubes,ginger,garlic,salt.mix with the stir fry vegetables and simmer for few minutes.

What inspired me to come up with this method of Chinese rice was the fact that I keep seeing Chinese rice served the usual way which is mostly white in color,no tumeric or curry is usually added to it.So I tried my own method by giving it a twist which is adding tumeric to it so that I will see how it turns out to be,it actually came out yummy and delicious which made hubby to make it his favorite and since then we don’t eat Chinese rice outside but our own method at home. #Ashlab# s and h kitchen -
