Vegan mandazis

What a gluten-free treat!
I had to try this on my own after having tasted something like this at a certain event over the weekend. Crunchy coat and soft in the inside. I am glad to have made this.

- 4
Using a rolling pin, flatten the dough into a very to half a centimeter, on a dusted surface, and then use a small cup to carve out nice little circular mandazis to make sure they are even.
