Cut out the edges of the bread and roll out until it becomes flat

Break three eggs, add the black pepper, salt and whisk

Put one sausage on the bread and roll

Dip it into the egg and fry on all sides

Make sure when you melt your butter that you don't melt it completely. If you do then your mixture is going to be runny & hard to spread. Still tastes good though.
