Steps

Boil potato and peel the skin. Cut it into cubes and keep aside.

Heat oil in kadai once oil hot add clove, cinnamon, cardamom. Once it's done add finely chopped onion and green chilli. Add curry leaves to this.

Now add ginger garlic paste and cook it turns to golden colour. Now add turmeric powder, salt. Mix it.

Add the cubed potatoes and mix it gently to the onion mixture.

Add cooked rice to this and mix thoroughly. Now close with lid and cook in simmer for 8 minutes.

Serve hot. Yummy and quick lunchbox is ready to pack.
