  • 50-70 gMilk or dark chocolate
  • 2 cupsMilk
  • 1-2 tspSugar or honey
  • 4 tspUnsweetened cocoa powder

    Boil the milk on low heat.

    Chop the chocolate as the milk simmers.

    Add sugar, chopped chocolate and the cocoa powder.

    Continue stirring on low heat for around 2 mins then sieve.
