Add the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix to form a medium consistency batter

Dip your brush in and rub it on a pan placed on medium heat.Brush the pan with batter to make strokes.

After few seconds use remove the wrapper from the pan place in a plate and cover with a kitchen towel.Repeat the same for the remaining batter.

For the fillings: Add 3 table spoons of oil and chopped onion fry until translucent. Add scotch bonnet and spices fry for some minutes

Add your cabbage and grated carrot fry but do not over cooked.When don remove and set aside

Take a wrapper,cut edges to make square add the fillings and roll.When you get to the edges apply a mixture of batter and roll to the end.Reapeat for other wrappers.

Dip fry wrappers on medium heat and serve.
