Ingredients

  • 4 cupsall-purpose flour
  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 2 tspsalt
  • Warm water for kneading

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients together.Add the warm water and knead into a soft dough.Cover and let it rest for about 20 minutes.

    Divide into 8 equal sizes.Roll each one as thin as you can.

    Cook each in a pan at medium heat until bubbly and golden on each side.Note that no oil is used while cookimg them.

    Keep the ready ones covered in a hotpot to keep them soft.you can use them as wraps to put your filling in or you can enjoy them with any stew or curry
