1 cupgram flour / besan
2boiled grated potatoes
to tasteSalt
1/2 tbsblack salt
1/2 tbspmango powder
1 tbspchat masala
1/2 tbspred chilli powder
1/2 tbspblack pepper powder
2 tbspoil
1/4 tbspbaking soda
as neededOil for deep frying
as neededSev maker

Firstly take a big bowl sieve the gram flour add all ingredients mix well make a smooth dough. Keep side for 10m. Add water if needed.

After 10 m take sev maker grease with oil fill with dought heat oil properly make aalu bhujiya.
