Ingredients

  1. 1 cupgram flour / besan
  2. 2boiled grated potatoes
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1/2 tbsblack salt
  5. 1/2 tbspmango powder
  6. 1 tbspchat masala
  7. 1/2 tbspred chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tbspblack pepper powder
  9. 2 tbspoil
  10. 1/4 tbspbaking soda
  11. as neededOil for deep frying
  12. as neededSev maker

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly take a big bowl sieve the gram flour add all ingredients mix well make a smooth dough. Keep side for 10m. Add water if needed.

  2. 2

    After 10 m take sev maker grease with oil fill with dought heat oil properly make aalu bhujiya.
