Boil your bones and unused beef cuts...mine took about and hour...use spices of your choice

In a different pot, saute your onions and tomatoes..add your boiled bones and its broth..let it cook for about 10 minutes

You can add cooking cream to thicken your sauce...you can blend(minus the bones or meat pieces) or leave it chunky
