6 slices brown bread
100 gmcottage cheese
to tasteSalt
2 tbspchopped green coriander
2 tbspbutter

Steps

Firstly grate cottage cheese then mix salt & Coriander.

Take one piece of bread fill 2 tbs filling cover with another bread. Spread butter both side. Now Toast golden crisp both side.

Serve hot with green chutney & sauce.
