Steps

Take curd in a bowl. Add all other ingredients mentioned in 'for marination'. Mix well. Add cubed paneer, capsicum and onions. Mix well. Marinate for 30-40 minutes. Put into fridge.

After marination apply paneer, capsicum and onion pieces one by one in skrewers or stick. Put alluminium foil on baking tray. Put sticks on it. Bake into preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until done golden brown at 180°c.

Grind all ingredients mentioned in 'for green chutney' in mixer grinder. Serve with paneer tikka.
