Ingredients

15 -20 minutes
  1. 300 gPaneer(cut into cubes)
  2. 2capsicum (cut into cubes)
  3. 2onions (cut into cubes)
  4. For marination:-
  5. 1 cupthick curd
  6. 2-3 tablespoonroasted besan
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. to tasteChat masala
  9. 2 teaspoonKashmiri red chilli powder
  10. 1 teaspoonroasted cumin seeds powder
  11. 1 teaspoonGaram masala powder
  12. 1 teaspoonblack pepper powder
  13. 2 tablespoonginger garlic paste
  14. 1 teaspoonkasoori methi
  15. 1 teaspoonlemon juice
  16. 1 tablespoonoil
  17. For green chutney:-
  18. 1 cupcoriander leaves
  19. 1/2 cupmint leaves
  20. 3-4green chillies
  21. 1/4 cupthick curd
  22. 15-16peanuts
  23. 1 inchginger piece
  24. 1 teaspoonroasted cumin seeds powder
  25. 1 teaspoonlemon juice
  26. to tasteSalt

Steps

15 -20 minutes
  1. 1

    Take curd in a bowl. Add all other ingredients mentioned in 'for marination'. Mix well. Add cubed paneer, capsicum and onions. Mix well. Marinate for 30-40 minutes. Put into fridge.

    After marination apply paneer, capsicum and onion pieces one by one in skrewers or stick. Put alluminium foil on baking tray. Put sticks on it. Bake into preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until done golden brown at 180°c.

    Grind all ingredients mentioned in 'for green chutney' in mixer grinder. Serve with paneer tikka.
