  2. Potatoes
  3. 2large tomatoes
  4. 1large onion
  5. Oil
  6. to tasteSalt

    Slice the onion and cook it until it turn pinkish

  2. 2

    Add the tomatoes ana potatoes and Cook

  3. 3

    Add the rice,stir and add the water

  4. 4

    Let it boil until cooked

  5. 5

    Best served with beef
