Ingredients

  • 1large cucumber
  • 1large Lemon
  • Sugar/ Sugar syrup
  • 1 cuphibiscus juice
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla extract

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the cucumber and blend it. Cut the lemon into two and squeeze the juice and set aside. Cut 2 slice of each to garnish the cocktail.

  2. 2

    In a large bowl pour the hibiscus juice, cucumber juice, lemon juice, vanilla extract and sugar/sugar syrup and stir. Chill and ready to drink!
