In a large bowl put all the ingredients and mix well with a hand mixer or a whisk until there are no lumps

Cover with a cling film and let it rest till it doubles in size.Heat the oil. Place the mixture in a piping bag.

Pipe the mixture into the hot oil and cook till browned on both sides.

Place on a bowl with paper towel to drain excess oil. You can make sugar syrup and pour on the damplings when they are still warm. Enjoy
