4 persons

250 gramsroasted chana
2 tbspghee
1 tspblack salt
1 tspblack pepper powder
1 tspaamchur powder

Dry roast ghana, if it has some moisture.

Then heat ghee, add ghana anda roast it on slow flame till it become crispy.

Then last add all spices, mix well and turn off heat.

Once it cool completely, store in air tight jar.
