  3. 1 tbspSalt
  4. 1/2 tspHaldi
  5. 1 tbspCrush coriander seeds
  6. 1 tspCrush zeera
  7. 2 tbspImli ka pulp
  8. 4 tbspOnion chop
  9. Coriander leaves 4 tbsp
  10. 6Green chilli chop
  11. sheetsFor samoosay
  12. 500 gMaida
  13. 1 tspAjwain
  14. 1 tbspSalt
  15. 8 tbspOil

    Mix all ingredients in mashed potatoes 🥔 and fill in samoosay dough fry and serve with green chatni
    For samoosay sheets
    Water for making dough
    Mix all ingredients and make a soft dough rest half hour
